Browse our services and select what you need. Get a shipping label from us by email and send your items to us. That's it, you will receive your perfectly repaired item back at your doorstep.
How much does a repair cost?
Browse through the booking portal to see the costs per repair or alteration. If you have specific questions about a repair and its costs just send us an email via support@mended.eu and we will help you further.
Will you keep me updated on the status of my clothes?
Yes, of course. We will send you an email when your order is confirmed, when your parcel arrives at the tailor, when your clothes are repaired and when they are on their way back.
Where can I use MENDED's services?
Our services are available to you from anywhere in Germany and the Netherlands. If you would like to place an order outside of these regions that is possible, however international shipping rates apply.

What if an item can not be repaired?
Our tailors can fix more than you think. However if a repair is really not possible, we will contact you. We then ask you if we shall return the item back to you or if we can donate or recycle it for you. In this instance, the purchase price of the repair will be reimbursed. Your item, your choice!
