“Shopping is an experience, but repair isn't.” Even worse, repair is a hassle seen as outdated and dusty. That's why we tell a fresh story of keeping clothes in play. From a viral campaigns with BN'ers, to an Interview-series on the streets of Amsterdam, or our co-created brand content. We have shown that it works.
💯 The algorithm and audience loves this topic more than you think. Keeping clothes in play is a golden ticket for UGC. It is also our most effective tool in changing mindsets and attracting a new audience. The impact result: 72% of our users have never stepped foot in a tailorshop before.

🏬 If all MENDED orders were stacked on top of each other we could build a tower reaching the height of 360.50m (Status Dec 2023). The tower of clothing we kept in play is the equivalent of 2.6x the height of the Rembrandt Tower in Amsterdam.

OUR TAILORS
This is Vangelis. A Greek legend and our very first tailor. Agnes can still remember the confused look on his face when she first said the words 'online' and 'repair' in one sentence. The rest is history.
🪡 The art of tailoring has lots of history, yet little innovation. So it was no surprise most tailors we spoke to were hesitant at first. Then we found a sweetspot: You do what you do best, and we take care of the rest.
Our tailors fully focus on the craftsmenship, we do everything else. This allows them to deliver unbeatable quality and reach customers nation-wide and it allows us to stay agile and scale into new markets.
