Tell me more, how does it work?
Browse our services and select what you need. Once booked, you receive a shipping QR code from us by email. Put your item in any package, and scan your QR code at your nearest DHL point. That's it, you will receive your perfectly repaired item back at your doorstep within 10 days.
How much does the service cost?
Click through our booking portal to view the costs for each repair or alteration. Tom Tailor CLUB members receive repair benefits.

Where can I use MENDED's services?
Our services are available to you from anywhere in Germany.

How long does it take for my item to be back?
We aim for a speedy service. Your item is back at your doorstep within 10 days, counting from the day you sent it off.
Will you keep me updated on the status of my clothes?
Yes, of course. We will send you an email when your order is confirmed, when your parcel arrives at the tailor, when your clothes are repaired and when they are on their way back. Each step is tracked and you stay up to date!
What if an item can not be repaired?
Our tailors can fix more than you think. However if a repair is really not possible, we will contact you. We then ask you if we shall return the item back to you or if we can donate or recycle it for you. In this instance, the purchase price of the repair will be reimbursed. Your item, your choice!
